State-of-the-Art Facility

The Carpenter’s Training Facility of Allentown is one of the six instructional training centers of the Eastern Atlantic States Carpenters Technical College. It is situated on a 4.83-acre training center in Allentown, PA, of which there is an existing light commercial building that houses classrooms, shop areas, and administrative offices. Allentown training center features 19,200 sq. ft. of open shop area for practical training in scaffolding, framing, and layout and 190,685 sq. ft. of open space.

The mission of the Eastern Atlantic States Carpenters Technical College is to provide state-of-the-art training for members of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (UBC). We transfer skills and knowledge from highly skilled and experienced instructors to union members using cutting-edge curriculum developed at the Carpenters International Training Fund (CITF). When given the abilities, information, and technology needed in today’s construction sector, the performance of the union carpenter will continue to be unmatched for many years.
