Travel Required:<\/strong> Yes. While primarily stationed at one location, occasional travel is integral to this role.<\/p>\n

- Graduate of the Local Apprenticeship Program (recommended).<\/li>\n

- Foreman or superintendent experience (recommended).<\/li>\n
- Strong leadership and presentation abilities, fostering an engaging classroom atmosphere.<\/li>\n
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills (required).<\/li>\n
- UBC Carpenter Qualifications and Certifications (a plus).<\/li>\n
- Expertise in OSHA Site Safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
